DELIVERIES


Mainland UK & Northern Ireland Delivery Service

The cost of delivery to Mainland UK & Northern Ireland is £4.95 for standard items. For large or heavy items charges may apply.

Deliveries will be made within 5-7 working days of us receiving your order. Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions section for full details.

Europe Delivery Service

The cost of delivery to Europe is £12.95 for standard items. For large or heavy items charges may apply. Customers will be charged import & tax on international deliveries.

The Rest Of The World

The cost of delivery to Europe is £14.95 for standard items. For large or heavy items charges may apply. Customers will be charged import & tax on international deliveries.

Deliveries will be made within 10-15 working days of us receiving your order. Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions section for full details.

Large Item & Furniture Courier Delivery Service

The standard cost of our Mainland UK & Northern Ireland large item/furniture delivery is £50. For multiple item orders additional charges may apply.

Deliveries will be made within 7-10 working days of us sending you email confirmation that the goods are ready for dispatch. Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.

All of our large items/furniture are sent via our appointed courier service provider. You will be notified of your order tracking number once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.


RETURNS

We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 28 days of receipt. Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size and if returned in the same condition that they were sold within 14days of receipt. If a different item is required a separate order will have to be made, and the original order returned (at customers own expense) and goods refunded by Arnie & B.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas processing may take longer. In any event within no more than 30 days from our receipt of returned items.

To Return An Item

In order to return an item, please post your item(s) back to us within the original packaging to the address provided on the delivery slip. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed For), as Arnie & B cannot accept responsibility for items not received.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT HAND DELIVERED RETURNS

All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card, for postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
All shoes should be tried on, on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.

Product Availability

All products for sale on arnieandb.com are subject to availability, if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled due to an out of stock situation we will inform you by email as soon as possible and delivery at the earliest opportunity.
